Payments & Policies

Please make sure that you arrange your day to ensure you will be on time for your appointment.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

CHEQUE/CASH

  • Please bring your Cheque/Cash with you to the session

​

PAYPAL (Visa/Mastercard)

  • You can log in at our office to make your PayPal payment after our session. If you do not have a PayPal account you will be sent an invoice to your email. Your payment must be made in advance of your in-person session.

​

INTERAC E-TRANSFER

  •  You can log in at our office to make your e-transfer payment, after your session.

APPOINTMENTS VIA PHONE/SKYPE/ZOOM/EMAIL/WEBCAM

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

CHEQUE

  • Your Personal Cheque must be cleared through the bank before your appointment is confirmed. If your cheque is certified, you will be contacted to confirm your appointment immediately upon receipt of the check.

​

PAYPAL (Visa/Mastercard)  

  • Regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account, you will be sent an invoice in advance of your confirmed appointment. Please remit payment promptly as there can be a delay in processing. If payment is not received within 48 hours of your appointment unless, by prior arrangement, your appointment will be rescheduled.

 

INTERAC E-TRANSFER

  • You will be sent an invoice I will invoice you and payment must be made in advance of your Phone/Webcam/Email session.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

​

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS:

​

Occasionally, we have all had to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. Please give our office, at minimum, a 48-hour notice, or you will be charged 50% of the cost of your session. We do understand that sometimes, due to an emergency, 48-hours notice is impossible. It is important to let us know as soon as possible. If you confirm the nature of your urgent need to cancel, our office will consider waiving the charge.

If you cancel your appointment twice, a third appointment will be denied.

MISSED APPOINTMENT:

​

An appointment is considered missed if you:

​

  • are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment in person, phone, webcam, skype, zoom, etc, and have not called to notify our office 

  • are in a noisy environment for a phone appointment where it is impossible to continue with the conversation, or, 

  • have canceled an appointment less than 48 hrs from your scheduled appointment

​

PLEASE NOTE:

If you know you are going to be late, please call Anita. Your missed time will be counted as part of your session, and you will be charged accordingly.

 

During a phone conversation as I mentioned above, too much noise in your environment that prohibits proceeding with your session is considered a 'missed appointment', and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your session. You will then have to reschedule a second appointment time.

​

Less than 48 hours notice, is also considered a 'missed appointment’ and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your session. If you ‘miss’ the second appointment, you will again be charged 50% of the cost of your session, and there will be no third appointment.

​

As discussed earlier, if an emergency is verified, then a ‘missed appointment’ does not apply, and our office will reschedule it as a first appointment after receiving verification, and there will be no charge applied.
